As this 2021 season looks destined to be a another doozy, Northwood has found its groove and the Timberwolves relay teams have become especially dangerous. The boys and girls squads led the Northwood Timberwolves to an almost clean sweep of the relays

The Northwood Timberwolves competed at their second dual meet against the Woodbridge Warriors at the Northwood High School Aquatic Center on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 - LIVE STREAM.

After nearly a year without swimming, an adjustment period in the preseason grind the Northwood Timberwolves were swim focused off the blocks for their first 2021 season swim meet win.

For Northwood High School student-athletes and the Irvine community, having our swim team begin is a sign of hope and progress that we can begin to get back to a sense of normality in this Covid-19 pandemic.

Facing off against twenty-four Orange County area high schools, the Timberwolves were a motivated force displaying a deep roster across freshman/sophomore and varsity divisions at the Capo Valley Relay Invitational March 5-7, 2020 at the Capo Valley HS Aquatic Center.

The Ides of March are upon us, which means you can feel the magic of Madness at work again for the Northwood Timberwolves swim team. Thus far in the non-league season, Northwood has been firing on all cylinders, with every swimmer elevating competition and creating even greater excitement.

When the lights are brightest, only the very best manage to pull through and show they are the real deal. The Northwood Timberwolves swim team seem to be picking up right where they left off last season, as a team determined to continue their prowess in the Pacific Coast League.

The Northwood High School Aquatic Center buzzed with opening season excitement as the Timberwolves brought the speed and came away with split wins in a non-league triangular meet against Mater Dei and Santiago High Schools on Tuesday, February 25, 2020.

Northwood High School was one of two schools in the entire CIF Southern Section to receive the Champions for Character award at the 16th Annual Dr. Jim Staunton Champions for Character Awards Dinner in the Grand Conference Center (Long Beach).

Charter Oak Scholar Parker Mallough, a senior at Northwood High School, has sent a verbal commitment to the Grinnell College class of 2023.

As the defending boy's California CIF State Champion, CIF Southern Section D1 Champion, and two-time defending Foothill Swim Games Champion, the Northwood Timberwolves always has a target on its back.

The Northwood Timberwolves swim team yielded two solid victories over the Portola Bulldogs on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at the Northwood High School Aquatic Center. 

The emphasis surrounding Northwood's team has been as much about staying focused and as being prepared mentally.  The Timberwolves definitely proved that today against Portola as they came up big in the moment.
